All recipes are unique to Doughboy and all ingredients are sourced from Sydney’s best producers and local growers wherever possible. We are always trying new products and searching locally for new products and flavours to maintain our commitment to deliver a premium pizza with fresh, unique flavours.
For our small goods (meats and cheeses) we proudly use local producers Paesanalle Cheese, Rodriques Bros Chorizos and Salamis and Black Forest Smokehouse Hams and Sausages. WE only use Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil and natural sea salt in our cooking and to season your pizza, so rest assured, All Doughboy Pizza is not only unique and fresh but 100% natural.
