
Gluten Free Bases: No Doughboy pizza can be 100% Gluten free as it is made in a flour environment. We make no claims for our individual toppings – just our gluten free pizza base which is 100% gluten free. These bases contain yeast. Nuts: Doughboy Kitchens contain nuts. There’s us - the pizza nuts - and also pine nuts. The only pizza with these on is the Pumpkin Pizza. We cannot guarantee that a pine nut might be present or a trace on another pizza. The Pesto does not contain nuts again, but is made in a kitchen where nuts are processed. We make no guarantee that traces or even particles of nut are in the pesto or not. Olive Stones: Our olives are de- stoned and cut. Some olives can still contain a stone. Customers must eat olives with caution. Our pizza makers make every effort to remove any remaining stones but can miss one. Seasoning: We use sea salt and Extra virgin olive oil as seasoning. |
